Washington Post: "Robert McCloskey, 88, author and illustrator of the children's classics "Make Way for Ducklings," the tale of a mother mallard shepherding her brood to safety in Boston's Public Garden, and "Blueberries for Sal," died June 30 at his home on Deer Isle, Maine."
