January 30, 2004All Star Survivor[UPDATE: Oops. As Beth points out in comments, this Globe article contains a few (mild) spoilers about the first episode. It doesn't reveal anything like challenge winners, or Tribal Council results, but if you're a purist, you might want to avoid clicking through to the whole article.] But each of these "Survivor" survivors has already bared his or her modus operandi to the world during previous seasons. They cannot conceal their weaknesses or their strengths -- strength being a liability when the strong are the biggest threats. From Susan Hawk's shoot-from-the-hip aggressiveness to Amber Brkich's puppy-dog passivity, their games have already been fully exposed.Posted by jghiii at January 30, 2004 11:15 AM Comments

They should throw a few surprise Survivors in there, like that guy Sam from The Aprentice. Now that would be funny!

Oh god -- Sam. You know he reminded me of so many high school debate geeks that I ran into while coaching a team in Providence. Totally wacked and totally unaware of how wacked he was.
