Five
Some may take comfort from the fact that the Redsox almost came from behind, with a cobbled together five-run 9th inning tonight against the Indians. But we wouldn't have been in such dire straits if we hadn't played such horrible defense in the 4th, allowing five runs.
We need to just keep this all in perspective. Bad streaks happen. You just need to ride them out. Maybe the Yanks will lose later tonight.
