I can't think of anything clever to say about this...

Last fall we were all concerned that the high energy costs were gonna make this an expensive heating season. But now that the winter has been mild so far, some utility companies are adding surcharges cause they haven't been able to charge as much as they hoped.

National Grid [in Syracuse NY] has added a small charge on all of their heating customers’ bills for January because the company didn’t deliver as much energy as it expected to.
