Beer good!

Here's a pic of Steve Garfield, author of the Off on a Tangent blog, and me, at the Boston Mac Group meeting last night at MIT. We had a great time at the meeting, and also before hand at John Harvard's Brew House in Harvard Square.

Mmm... Beer!

I forgot to let you try that Pumpkin Beer! It only had subtle pumpkin flavors, you probably would have liked it.

That second one went down nicely.

Thanks for bringing me to the Mac meeting. Ian did a fine presentation on Mac's and TiVo, he is a funny guy.

Looking forward to getting together again. Maybe next time, we'll schedule a Boston Beer Mob.

Steve:

Jack says you are Amherst '80.

CP Benedict. Web Sant. John Hargreaves (sp?). Martin something or other. Chi Phi. Pratt Hall. WAMH. The All Star Dairy. Traying down that humongous hill. The shuttle bus to Mt Holyoke.

Were you really there?

Rick Bushman.
Oliver --- god, what was Oliver's last name? He bedded (I used that word for you, Mrs. H -- otherwise I would have used the F word) so many girls and aspired to work for the CIA. Tom Gamble? I think it was Gamble.

And the recreations --- how did we ever snort so much and not get in trouble? Buying a friday night quarter from that strange guy with the screwed up leg and sharing it while listening to the Talking Heads, the Ramones, and Elvis Costello.
