T-Birds in RI

SteveG sends along this link to the Rhode Island National Guard's open house and airshow.

There was a time when I would go to 6-10 airshows a year. Originally I'd go to watch the flying demonstrations. But eventually I became familiar with all the popular acts, and the others were more of the same. Then I'd go just cause I like hanging out at airports. (In this day and age, that probably makes me a suspected terrorist.)

Rhode Island National Guard Open House and ... Air Show 2004:

Major General Reginald A. Centracchio, the Adjutant General of Rhode Island and Commanding General of the Rhode Island National Guard announced today that the Thunderbirds, the United States Air Forces Flight Demonstration Team, will headline the annual Rhode Island National Guard Open House and National Guard Association of Rhode Island (NGARI) Air Show, June 19-20, 2004, at the Quonset Air National Guard Base, Quonset Point, North Kingstown, Rhode Island.

I see from the website that Sean Tucker will be appearing too. Sean is one of the acts that never got boring. He's an amazing pilot, puts on a great show, and is worth the price of admission all by himself.
